- 2 Eggs
- 1 slice of ham (or four slices of pepperoni, yum!)
- Cheese (as much as you like)
- a pinch of chives
- a pinch of thyme
- a pinch of basil
- add a hint of chicken seasoning for that little extra
Crack the eggs in a bowl. Cut the slice of ham to tiny bits (fry them in a pan before you mix them in the omelet for even better taste!).
Whisk the eggs thoroughly before you add the rest of the ingredients, including the garved cheese of your liking.
Fry your omelet on medium heat on a frying pan until it looks nice and done.
As a sidedish you can toast two pieces of bread and put some butter on it. Yum!
