Cut the pepperoni slices to little pieces and fry them on a frying pan with 2 tbsp olive oil until they are good and tasty.
Add the lentils and stir. Allow the lentils to get warm before you remove the frying pan from the heat.
Stir through the remaining ingredients. Season as needed and serve warm. Tasty!

- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 handful fresh parsley
